Founded in 2002, Innexus Consulting is in the business of development of customized software solutions for clients. In 2005, the company expanded to cover business process outsourcing, e.g. company website web-mastering, business reporting, intra organization business communications. The domain of knowledge accumulated spans various functions within a business organization, ranging from operation, business development, marketing, maintenance, etc.

In early 2008, the company diversified to create Connexus. Connexus is a platform to enhance sales, marketing, and to improve intra organization communications. It employs Short Message System (SMS) and eNewletter technology and provides abundance of features to significantly enhance the capability of SMS and eNewsletter to serve the increasing challenging needs of our clients.
